Using Photoshop Elements to develop a composition
A Photoshop Comp Layout
Various seashell shapes were
selected, posterized using filters, and
pasted into an arrangement designed
as a starting point for developing a
painting.
"From Ancient Designs"
Mixed media acrylic and collaged rice papers
on canvas 16" x 20".
As the painting developed, many changes took
place in order to create a cohesive, less
fragmented composition.
